I love my job because of my co workers and customers but the company doesn't treat assistant managers like they should considering most of us do actually what the manager does and we barely receive a 3rd of the appreciation. Especially when you step up in an emergency and it does nothing for you.

My store is a cheerful environment because of our personalities.

We all get along, understand how each other works. I'm an assistant manager.

Have a nice smooth day without any situations. Working with people that make me laugh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a very hard worker. My store appreciates me but as for corporate I'm just a number.

When I'm interviewed I'm also interviewing the job. I clicked well with the manager from the beginning.

I love my store and the customers, as for the company, they don't know me, so I'm just a number. Or a cog in a big ship, making the ship turn. Really?! Corporate life.
