I get to do my job how I want to do it and it gets done
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some work hard some likes to be on their cell phones especially in the cooler or in the back room or just stays on register
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work everyday sometimes with no days off or I get called in for somebody that doesn't show up on my days off Estill if they don't show up for their shift I cover the shift so I pull a double shift and I organized and then somebody else Des organizes plus there to assist manger that r lazy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we can work as a team all of are stuff will get done but if they want to be on there cellphone most of the time why am I always working so hard I don't understand why the manger. All ways leaving about 3. To 4 times a day and ahe takes a long time to come back or make excuse to go to the dr
