Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Despite all evidence to the contrary, managers are berated, belittled and functioning under the weight of unpredictable offenses depending on the day that you had.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Value your employees! Treat them accordingly as opposed to the culture of expendability and the predominant attitude of employees being of no value or appreciation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The pervasive and standard Company attitude of money above all else. Employees are inconsequential and treated as such. The lack of support from management is sorely lacking.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Provide effective, consistent support and not solely criticism and demands. Be solution focused. An ally. Your managers do not need constant handholding and micromanaging in areas that they should have autonomy; schedule, hiring etc. Especially when they consistently exceed corporate sales targets
