be respectful, work together as a team and stop slacking and shared the amount of work has to be done. learned and teach other on the exchange of task.
Positive at first but after got in the job it was not what I expected from what or when I was interview. the job is the one acting too childish
They need to installed and upgrade better on their system before letting anyone work on cash registers. store managers needed to make sure they properly hands on trained new employees and make sure current employees knew what to do avoid misunderstanding that can affect lose their employment.
What needs to be improved is that managers needs to be accurate on track with employees schedule and pay and better communicate and take everybody's time into consideration. they need to watch what they say what comes out of their mouths that makes people that work uncomfortable and we need breaks
I felt undervalued because they don't care about my time I have prioritize for my family with two young children. I get picked on by my co worker and manager since I started working after three months and I told them I am not comfortable to work on the register because I keep paying for my mistakes.
