What did you like most about the interview process?

It was simple and quick

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're just as frustrated with the lack of corporate accountability and understanding of staffing needs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Underpaid, understaffed and forced to allow people in our stores without masks endangering our lives

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Require customers to wear masks, give the stores proper hours to accommodate staffing requirements, competitive pay and incentives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company expects you to do the job of 2 people while not providing you the resources to accomplish this. They don't compensate for the lack of staffing.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The worst company to work for, blatantly doesn't care about their employees. There's an air of disconnect between corporate and store level. Constantly cutting hours nessisary for proper coverage and proper stocking. Our stores have never been busier or understaffed.
