Perdido key FL manager is not manager material. She struggles to do her job. She makes a schedule and gives it out. Then goes back and changes it 2 to 4 times during the week without notice. She is rude to her employees. She gossips with and about other employees. She shows favoritism. Need new mgr.

The work is positive the coworkers are positive the manager is negative
What are some of the best things about your team?
All other employees coworkers do their job and have no issues the manager and the pay is the only issues
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling. Gossiping about other employees. Showing favoritism. Talking to employees with disrespect. Speak how you want to be spoken to treat others how you want to be treated do not change the schedule at the last minute and expect your employees to know that you changed it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All other jobs in this area make about 13 to 15 dollars per hour. With bonuses and benefits. I only make $12 an hour. I would feel better about my job if I made at least 14 for the job I am doing currently I am opening a new store at the same 12 per hour
