It is very hard to find anything about the company that is good. It is a survival job and they know it and take advantage of it. I liked the people at my store, but we would have been far better off without circle k's input, both in sales and morale.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
On the marketing / regional levels, sweeping through, imposing changes on a whim without consulting the team about how it will impact work flow, because they like it better. Be prepared to cut services offered or hours if you can't properly staff. Don't expect flawless when equipment doesn't work.
