Manager needs to stop picking favorite and be direct with issues instead of tellimg everyone else on team except you.

Because I bring in a lot of people and do a lot of sales and I train and I feel as if im underappreciated and not paid fairly

That my old manager at my first location before transferring made me feel good about my hard wotk and made us feel good about coming to work not bad

Communication face to face and making everybody feel lile a team and tell us positive feedback not all negative feedback that makes people down and not want to be here
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we all have good intentions on maki f this store number one and we all get along for the most part but i feel like my manager needs to be more involved
