Everybody argues and blames each other on work ethic. People need to buckle down and just do their jobs

It's just poorly run on a corporate level. Our local management tries to make it okay but it just isn't working

I could go work a part time job at Walmart right now and make 17 dollars an hour. I'm an overnight employee and even with that differential pay I only make 13.30. The corporate executives of this company are crooks and should be paying us accordingly.
