Was hired as full time but we are all part-time in the system. Unsure what benefits i qualify for. I'm scheduled to work all three shifts a week and am disabled and its very tough to adjust my sleep schedule but "what you do on your off time is not my problem"

My coworkers keep me sane. The other CSR's, not management
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very nice but you can never get anyone to cover a shift
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont recieve a livable wage or benefits, the scheduling is terrible, theres obvious favoritism, and everything wrong is the fault of second and third shift but never and I mean NEVER first shift with the manager, AM, and two leads on it.
