I get to work remote but still feel inclusive and part of a team.
Helping patients, irrespective of role in the organization. Everyone from custodial teams to administrative teams understands that we are here to keep people healthy and help treat those who are often extremely ill.
The most positive thing is that we do not carry an ongoing caseload. At the end of the day, your work is done and you can go home until the next day. No checking voicemails etc. No on call
We trust and respect one another. We are solution focused rather than the blame game.
We all help each other. We work together as a team & we also interact outside of work to even tighten the bonds. We know we can depend on each other and also gain experience and knowledge from each other.
