What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We need more benefits for people with families. Other companies offer compensation for child care and it would be nice if we did the same thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They need to work hand in hand with us to close the gap in helping were help needs to happen. We reach out and help them but we do not get the same in return.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am not being paid enough for my job. I feel like people who come into my position are paid the same as me and I have been in the role a lot longer them then.
