What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Recruitment selects younger people who have poor attendance and a weak work effect. We lose many in attrition during training or shortly after going into production.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think we need a slightly higher starting pay, a propler business casual dress code, and more incentives to improve attendance with our younger employees.
