Good but could do better with leadership and giving all information before last minute and giving ppl time off when sick

They could do better with informing at home workers of things such as schedule getting cut after the holidays because of over hiring for projects

We work together to help each other which is usually more effective then our team leaders responding because most of them don't respond at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Would be better if we had the ability of get more than 5 days a week full time or raises faster. Also the health benefits only offers 1000 deductible as the lowest possible plan.
