I have been stuck in the same position since I started working here. It is like a popularity contest for those that earn the chance of being promoted. I have also only had one raise in the 8 years I have been there, for 10 cents, even those I consistently make my goals.

They need to pay better, stop switching people from team to team. Provide consistency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their pay scale is ridiculous. It has been almost 3 years since I have gotten a raise.
