What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to understand one person can't wear all hats. Every specific position has its roles. Company is missing that and i am clearly seeing not having qualified BA's for any project

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm getting recognized by the customer, but my compensation is less I feel. as of now I have only 10 or 12% from last 4Years even though getting appreciations and supporting additional projects.

Managers and Director, mainly in SALESFORCE (OLD DIRECTOR), they don't have experience to become director and managers, the person who don't have worked as a manager are sitting on Director level (In Salesforce practice), don't know who gave Keys to that person to manage practice. ZERO Growth.
