Well to be honest we each make our own experience. I believe being professional,approachable and kind is the goal .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard and affectively. During the pandemic a small group of us worked sanitizing Sam's Club. No show of appreciation for working during a life threatening time and environment. No bonuses , no turkeys , and no raises. No incentive. Prices have gone out of my grasp. Please, revisit wages.
