There needs to be more positive feedback. Not just the things that need to be improved on.

They need to focus more on making sure there employees know how to clean thing properly instead of being worried if the kitchen which no costumers go in looks nice. If management is literally screaming at your boss and employees and make all of the employees quit, they should should be fired.

have not used it. if your store managers should show more respect for there workers, you would have better employees.

I feel the way I do because I was stabbed in the back by the marker manager for Alabama she gave me the opportunity to apply for the position of supervisor then told me at the last minute that they went with the transferring supervisor! If I had something better I would quit now!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better people running and making decision would help.

Raise the wage, not just for the new people but for everyone. Make sure the employees have to wash the dishes right. Increase the amount of time we have to prepare and wash the dishes (we use to have 30 mins to get ready now it is only 15). Higher ups should be punished for causing people to quit.
