The teamwork and the encouragement I receive from my team.

They work with you each step of the way when implementing new procedures.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been awhile but I would say the job description was very thorough so I knew what I was signing on for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They pull together and help the slower ones to keep up and to learn new procedures. They are caring toward each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not received a raise in 2 years, yet have had added responsibility. I also still have to be responsible for my team during vacation so no true vacation. Long hours without compensation due to being salaried.
