I loved dealing with the customers but the sanitation of the staff have me stress.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talking to the people out in the field. Letting them know when there schedule is changed rather then changing it last minute. meaning 3 hours before you go to sleep not knowing you been removed from something.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Driving to much causes your car to take damage. You dont get paid enough gas money. You do alot of heavy lifting, talking to managers, and knowledge of how to put together equipment and read plan o grams. It can be alot of work. Most merchandizer at that level are at 14 a hour to start.

They hire warm bodies not people with food handlers knowledge. No, you don't have to hire chefs but people who cares about others and sanitation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Driving to locations that are not close to you. Your not assigned a store youll be all over the place just for 30mins at one store. This is not cool. People should be assigned stores that they work each week.

I see people come and go because of lack of training. The leads and supervisor is stretch out, it's crazy
