Hiring process. I have seen the most unsanitary things on the floor.

Make sure you hire more people with customer service/ waitress/ waiter background.

I see people come and go because of lack of training. The leads and supervisor is stretch out, it's crazy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hire warm bodies not people with food handlers knowledge. No, you don't have to hire chefs but people who cares about others and sanitation
