Treat people like humans with value vs treating them like lackeys

Listen when their employees are telling them that other coworkers are bullying them and harassing them daily and also not being so rude when they speak to you . They could improve on having weekly meetings to discuss any issues or concerns as well as treating everyone with respect .

We get paid for drive time and mileage for the in between stores while working.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard and affectively. During the pandemic a small group of us worked sanitizing Sam's Club. No show of appreciation for working during a life threatening time and environment. No bonuses , no turkeys , and no raises. No incentive. Prices have gone out of my grasp. Please, revisit wages.

It would be nice if there were annual raises. In lue of Covid, it would have been nice to get extra pay; hazard pay. We work directly with the customers/members.

I feel that Sam's is a multi-billion dollar company. We as Demonstrators for Sams are generating the revenue. I feel we are unappreciated for what we do for the company and certainly under paid.

It's the same thing every day. Nothing is wrong. It's just that to pay rent and eat you have to work. Excited is the wrong word. Satisfied is a better word.
