To be courteous to their co-workers as if we are the customer. Don't just come up and take whatever you want off the demo table just because you work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that Sam's is a multi-billion dollar company. We as Demonstrators for Sams are generating the revenue. I feel we are unappreciated for what we do for the company and certainly under paid.
