Not having to deal with the market manager!

They are don't get to the bottom of nothing it's just a bunch of sappy junk!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the way I do because I was stabbed in the back by the marker manager for Alabama she gave me the opportunity to apply for the position of supervisor then told me at the last minute that they went with the transferring supervisor! If I had something better I would quit now!
