worked during pandemic and was not compensated nor rewarded,got a thank you letter even though I was a senior with health issues. Did not want to let the company down without employees even though the young ones left during that pandemic!

Supervisor made employment at being an Event Specialist interesting and enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leads encourage us but sometimes they are to bossy an do not talk professional to us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all pull together and help each other accomplish our tasks when there is a need. We encourage each other and compliment one another with "job well done !"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
appreciation for hard work an commission for sales because we do not get raises for length of employment or merit raises. Offer opportunity for advancement in the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with members ,educating them and offering suggestions for various items that are being demonstrated to be creative and "think outside the box". Members reaction to food demo's that they tried.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part time event specialist we are not entitled to any benefits or raises. I think the company wants us to work 20 years for the same pay as hired on $11.00 an hour.
