I like it for the most part. Work is extremely sparse and I have to travel outside my area weekly or I don't work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You work on your own. Sometimes the stores that we work in can be hostile.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at communication. I have never heard from anyone above my immediate supervisor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid mileage to travel to work location unless it is over an hour. I can't afford to drive an hour to work my first job at $9.75 an hour.
