Skill tests need to be performed or at least start verifying the information applicants have put on their resumes and the degrees they claim to have. Especially when hiring someone in a leadership role.

Stop playing favoritism and promote based on skill set and when promoted offer the internal employee the same pay range as external hires. Start valuing the hourly employees that are putting in the hard work and show passion
Our team is doing the work for Leadership and the jobs we were hired to do. No additional compensation for training the Leadership team or the additional work put in. CROSSMARK plays favoritism and promotes based on likability vs skill set.
The recruiting department leadership needs to be replaced. The companies 10% cap on internal transfers. They will promote you to a leadership role but only offer a 10% pay increase,then like most cable and electric companies they offer a higher rate of pay to an outside hire vs someone internally.
