about 95% of the team is very dedicated and works well together . Everyone knows what theyre doing and how to get the job done effortlessly
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to let people know about the product so it can best sell as well as being able to socialize and see the excitement in peoples faces when they taste delicious food .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen when their employees are telling them that other coworkers are bullying them and harassing them daily and also not being so rude when they speak to you . They could improve on having weekly meetings to discuss any issues or concerns as well as treating everyone with respect .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel that towards the end , the supervisor was asking me to lift a 200lb trashcan cause she said it was part of my job when it wasn't added in my job description and it wasnt a possibility for me as i suffer from back pain and i stated that
