I have great managers who trust in what I am doing and a team that works together. The issue I have been running into lately is getting people to listen to my area of expertise when voicing my concerns. I'm passionate about what I do and care way beyond my tasks/ responsibilities.

Being part of a company that is wanting to make a difference in the environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commuting/ parking reimbursement helps relieve a little of the pain of the long commute and the cost of gas each week

They are willing to help, teach, and jump in wherever needed. They care about what they do so we can all be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I share my thoughts on my area of expertise and how something can have a negative/ positive impact and its only "kept in mind"

That it's up to me on how fast I want to make changes, being able to improve areas I see necessary, and my managers trust the work that I do

That they see you as an individual that is part of a team, acknowledging you are someone that enjoys being part of the company, being part of something great, who has ideas, experience, knowledge, and the passion for sharing to achieve success. They care about each individual that is here
