
Great. They could improve in-office requirements to offer more flexibility. Also, some managers look down on anyone who actually does take advantage of flexibility options, even for high performers.
It is the most stressful I've ever had. People do not plan and are not incentivized to plan, and those left to pick of the pieces are not valued - it's just an expectation they live with their hair on fire at all times. It makes for a very stressful environment when everyone is stressed.
