Teamwork! We fight to meet our deadlines while working together to solve problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can't think of one person here at Crusoe Manufacturing and the introduction of the Crusoe team member that I would be uncomfortable approaching. There is a strong team atmosphere.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working in multiple facets as the 3M Coordinator, I get to interact with almost every member of our team. Face-to-face I experience cooperative and hardworking individuals focused on help solve my problem and vise-versa.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The profit share and stock RSUs really help an individual feel personally vested into the company. The employer match on the 401K is also a great motivator to get more of the team invested in our retirement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A combination of all hand meetings every month to detail the direction of the company is wonderful, keeping everyone eyes on the goals; and the immediate reinvesting resources and dollars towards employee needs. The implementation of the apps like Slack and 15Five provide a direct line of comms.
