Teamwork, nothing here can be done by yourself. It takes lots of teamwork, coordination and trust
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing accomplishment, lots of individual and a teams improvemnet is the most satisfying. And when others see that and acknowledge it you can see what it means to those indivduals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to show they are real people to, makes them more relatable and makes things easier more clear to understand. Seeing things that are not extremly easy for a person doing their best can sometime motivate people to do there best as well. Offer extra help if they know they can make a difference.
