Crusoe is a wonderful company. I wish that certain things weren't overlooked and we better vetted who we put into manager positions and who they are related to so we don't have conflict of interests such as the case at my location.

There ability to be transparent, especially during difficult times. They never lost focus of the goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are treated as adults and are trusted to do our jobs, so therefore we don't have people over our shoulders hounding us to do our jobs. Everyone just does there jobs and it makes for a positive space.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of us are currently working positions not in our job title and have been now for several months. But when reviews came that was overlooked. And we continue to work outside of our job description with little recognition or fair compensation.
