They lead with transparency, integrity, and equality. They also ensure employees have access to them - their door is always open to everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is the first company that I've worked for that actually followed through with promotion and increased compensation if you've met the agreed upon expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is welcoming to everyone; the company has done well to build a culture around having fun, enjoying the work, and being/feeling psychologically safe. The environment really stems around the culture and is all around comfortable to work in.
What makes you most happy at work?
The level of autonomy I get to do my job and the fact that I am given the opportunity to do the things I love; I'm given trust to get my job done and that goes a long way. The fact that I'm surrounded by amazing and smart people that are a job to work with, makes it even better.
