Company has been good to work for I look forward to advancing within the company. I believe offering cross training opportunities for employees would have a huge overall effect on production. Wages are grouped by job title and not overall production and responsibility.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not consistent with other oilfield tech jobs, progression raises are not significant, other employees have less responsibilities and are compensated more. Fair pay and meaningful raises would be great.
