Everyone is very professional. The success of everyone is a priority for the leadership team.

Safety. Going home the same as you came to work is the most important part of the day.

The team is great and is improving each day. Each person is able and willing to take instructions and makes corrections to mistakes in a timely manor.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is great when I perform the QC process and find no mistakes. Finding a mistake is just as great. It means I found a mistake and it is an opportunity to educate and learn from the mistake.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to provide my family with great health care and the compensation makes it possible for me to do the things I like. Having both makes life much more comfortable and pushes me to do my best for the company.
