Lots to do, I feel empowered though at the same time there seems to be a lot going on that is harder than what it should be. Mainly tech debt/engineering decisions that hopefully will be corrected when we have more experienced devs.

They're upbeat about company prospects; they seem to care about the vision and company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hopefully the stock. My base rate is under market value I feel for my experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things to work and having a net positive effect on the company that empowers multiple people

I feel that they are open to discuss things; I have a heard voice when I need to raise issues

Optimism about the future & embrace of new developers & backgrounds. We acknowledge we're not perfect but permit the change of the way we do things
