I think this has been an incredible opportunity, with more popping up down the road. I am excited to come to work everyday. That is not a feeling I have felt in a long time

Team work and supporting each other to achieve higher levels of success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the benefits are unbelievable here. The compensation regarding commuting is definitely a plus.

I think that we are all about growth and change. While this can seem overwhelming, when done properly it shows tremendous advancement and progress.

My team is great. I feel like I am a pivotal part in growing and helping the evolution of our team within the company every single day.

I think that showing up knowing each day will present a new challenge is exciting to me. With each challenge, we see the opportunity to learn and grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and clarity when looking at goal setting and achievement. Having those laid out gives you the drive to continue moving forward and achieve more each and every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the willingness to grow and learn, align with teaching. I think over the past few months we have found ourselves become more cohesive and growing towards a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the feeling of being heard. I had issues and those issues were actually taken to heart and change was made. I have not felt that before at other employers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that what I signed up for and what I am doing have drastically shifted since my onboarding. With that being said I am excited to see how to review process takes place here. With a structured review process, I think the opportunity for growth has no bounds.
