I have been enjoying Crusoe! The company is growing like crazy and with that comes a lot of moving parts and super fast paced. I would like to have some structure around leveling on our team and what that means/ the workload we have/ where we can grow to.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to always keep everyone in the loop with decisions and being transparent during company calls! I appreciate that!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part would likely be the commuter benefits. I currently am not on the health benefits as I am on my spouses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best- super inclusive and always looking to help one another. Nobody thinks they are better than another and its a very healthy environment.
