I knew what I was getting into when I joined Crusoe. Being a change agent is difficult. It can be discouraging. My manager is totally supportive and very positive so that keeps me going.

The engineers are fantastic. I enjoy working with them. Best part of my day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and bonus are competitive. I can't comment on the RSUs because currently they have no real world value.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm trying to build a function that doesn't currently exist at Crusoe. Some individuals and teams have to stop doing this function so that my team can do it. People are having difficulty letting go.
