Amazing mission, amazing company, the new 5 day a week in office policy for people who largely need to do heads-down focused work shows a tone deaf attempt of the CEO to get an imaginary result. 5 day a week in office reduced work life balance with no expected productivity result.

The benefits have enough bonuses / HSA / credits, etc. to create a significant increase in overall pay.

A clear mission and vision and sense of trying to improve the world while also making the day to day enjoyable.

We are providing the infrastructure of the AI future while helping the environment and we intersect with every major upcoming technology. It's amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hybrid schedule is what make the 50th percentile pay reasonable. A great mission only makes up for so much inconvenience and lack of trust that a 5-day in office shows.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting their employees and actually asking if forced 5 day a week work in any way improves out productivity or is just a waste of time that will hurt our overall mission.
