What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TBA need more time on site.
What makes you most happy at work?
I generally have positive outlook on life when I am progressing toward an end result.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is awesome. I've never had more than 7 paid holidays and the vacation allowance is very generous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication during the shift change has been effective in getting me started on the shift. Especially when there are no other operators outside of shift management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While only having been employed less than 20 days, Marty and Dez have taken the initiative to ask me about life outside of the workplace. That helps to make me feel as if I am an asset for the company.
