There has been turnover that has at times made things difficult and more stressful than I feel was needed and even though we've staffed up it feels like we already need more people by the time a new person starts.

They are invested in the company and try to get things right
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does try hard to hire qualified candidates that will fit in with the culture, and I enjoy everyone I've worked with on all teams at crusoe
What makes you most happy at work?
I honestly prefer to wfh but Crusoe does an excellent job of making the office nice, providing snacks and lunch, and ensuring everyone has what they need from a technical standpoint.
