I don't know what I like about my leadership team, most of them are new to this kind of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some people are getting title just to justify there pay rate, which they are not even close to performing what there title is. Don't think its fair for a lot of hard working people that actually earn there title.
