Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Without a doubt, I came for the people. I am really happy at work, I genuinely like to come into the office and collaborate with my colleagues. My opinions and thoughts are valued and I feel heard and cared about. My comp might be on the low side but how I am treated makes up for it in spades
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My org leader truly cares about the people and is extremely approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are excellent. Very welcoming, love to collaborate, and open to new ideas. We truly win together
What makes you most happy at work?
We are in a very exciting space. I look forward to coming into the office and seeing my coworkers. The office has a great vibe and I genuinely like the people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being in the bay area, I would think we would budget the midpoint of the range higher as a tech company for non-tech roles. They are working on their compensation philosophy so I am hopeful that this will get resolved soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to create the culture, and that is exciting. We are still small enough but growing to be very thoughtful about what we want our norms to be and how we want to work together. Crusoe is giving us the resources we need to make sure we are building great teams that work well together.
