Without a doubt, I came for the people. I am really happy at work, I genuinely like to come into the office and collaborate with my colleagues. My opinions and thoughts are valued and I feel heard and cared about. My comp might be on the low side but how I am treated makes up for it in spades
It was good when I started but as the company has scaled, we haven't adapted to the growth.
Everyone in the company gets new hire equity
Stronger HR leadership that holds the executive team accountable.
My org leader truly cares about the people and is extremely approachable.
The people are excellent. Very welcoming, love to collaborate, and open to new ideas. We truly win together
Some great people work here and I like seeing them regularly. A lot of folks are working really hard.
We are in a very exciting space. I look forward to coming into the office and seeing my coworkers. The office has a great vibe and I genuinely like the people.
Suggest Crusoe do better to hold leaders accountable to consistent standards. The loudest person in the room gets what they want while others try to play by the rules and guidelines. It's highly political and they value favorability over competence.
Being in the bay area, I would think we would budget the midpoint of the range higher as a tech company for non-tech roles. They are working on their compensation philosophy so I am hopeful that this will get resolved soon.
It's highly political and it skews towards tech bro culture. Strong women or women with strong opinions are told that they need to work on their executive presence. People that push back on leadership decisions are seen as not bought in and are fired. This makes for a tense culture
We get to create the culture, and that is exciting. We are still small enough but growing to be very thoughtful about what we want our norms to be and how we want to work together. Crusoe is giving us the resources we need to make sure we are building great teams that work well together.
