What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being vested in the company's private stocks, I think that is an awesome perk.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of such a great team and being able to be hands on with a first of its kind data center project. It's truly amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are prompt and very resourceful with issues I've had pertaining to my onboarding process as well as anything issues I've came across in the field. Everyone is easily accessible and more than willing to be of assistance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The motivation everyone has to think outside of the box and come up with better solutions or preventative measure. I feel like we are all one cohesive unit pushing each other to be the best versions of ourselves day in and day out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very good at what we do and we interact with one another in a very positive way. Everyone is willing to lend a hand when needed and we take time to share our knowledge with each other so that we can complete tasks safely and more efficiently.
