Cohesion. Everyone works so well together and it's my belief that it is because of the culture created by crusoe in the workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leading by example, as well as feeling like I have a voice and it's heard. Crusoe is a fantastic workplace and I'm ecstatic to be part of this amazing growing company!
