They have been willing to listen to what I would like to do and have provided assistance in those areas of interest.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that I am trusted to complete my work in the way that I want to complete it. I might get feedback, suggestions or instructed to do something but even when I'm instructed to do something the method is normally my choice.
