Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits that are actually available, instead of coming soon for 6 months, having previously had zero benefits while on an EOR
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We put too much emphasis on having a bias towards action. Having too fast a pace borderlines on sloppiness, which results in more work overall
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The local office are strong believers in "Work hard. Play hard". We get a lot of work done and we have a lot of fun, both around the office and at regular social events, both organised and adhoc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses are an afterthought. The 2024 bonus was initially deferred, but ultimately never paid out once we hit the criteria for it to be paid. Multiple 2025 bonus payments often took haircuts due to my management chain not recognising my accomplishments or issues blocking my work
