Crusoe as a whole is great. Tulsa plant is horrible toxic work enviroment. Treated poorly and thrown away on a daily basis. Lead treats employees horrible. Lack of mentorship and no trainings. And manager is the same.

Theres nothing positive about culture or enviroment. Lead makes day to day experience horrible

Helping employees succeed in the job. Rather than worrying about themselves. Actual teach and mentor. Instead of ignoring and treating employees poorly.

No teaching moments. Lead gets angry and treats you horrible. Instead of sitting down with you and teaching you proper way to do things. Never had trainings. Had to learn as you go. No mentorship whatsoever
